The Absolute Creation

I listen to good music. I find more about myself through it. It told me that I'm good at finding a corollary to an existing theorem. I'm good at making new creations inspired by the ones that already exist. Is this the way all creations take place? Can anyone or anything be absolutely original? And if not, how did any creation take place at all? What was the first thing created ever? It all goes back to the beginning of creation, to the origin of everything, to someone I know as God.
